Open enrollment begins January 15, 2026 at 9:00 am and ends March 12, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Applications will be accepted Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday between 9am and 3pm. Mailed applications will be opened and processed based on the postmark date during the same window.
