The Lovells Township Planning Commission is responsible for all Township Properties, Zoning and Non-Zoning Ordinances, Zoning Master Plan, Recreation Plan and other responsibilities as directed by the Township Board.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Zoning Board of Appeals shall act upon all questions as they may arise in the administration of the Zoning Ordinance. It shall hear and decide appeals from and review any order, requirements, decision or determination, except decisions relating to alleged violations of this Ordinance, made by the Zoning Administrator or any administrative official charged with enforcement of this Ordinance. It shall also hear and decide all matters referred to it, or upon which it is required to act under the provisions of this Ordinance.

BOARD OF REVIEW
The Lovells Township Board of Review is responsible for reviewing property assessments within the Township. Property owners may request an appeal of property assessment valuations within the Township. Scheduled Meetings of the Board of Review can be found on the Meetings Page
